Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time includes order verification, product preparation, packaging, and handoff to the shipping carrier.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

During peak seasons, promotional periods, holidays, or unexpected high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Time Estimates

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location, shipping method, carrier performance, and external factors.

Typical delivery time may range from 7–20 business days, depending on destination and product availability.

Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, customs, carrier disruptions, local delivery issues, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

3. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order ships, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if available. Tracking updates may take several days to appear after the package has been handed to the carrier.

If your tracking information has not updated for several days, this does not always mean the package is lost. Some carriers may experience delayed scans during transit.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please ensure that your name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, province or state, postal code, country, email address, and phone number are correct.

Netguardy.store is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to customer address errors.

If you notice an address mistake, contact us immediately. We will do our best to help before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has started.

5. Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check around your delivery area, mailbox, front desk, building reception, neighbors, or local carrier office.

If you still cannot locate the package, contact the shipping carrier first for delivery confirmation. You may also contact us, and we will assist where possible.

Netguardy.store is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

A package may be considered delayed if it exceeds the estimated delivery window. Carrier delays can happen due to weather, customs, incorrect routing, high shipping volume, or local delivery restrictions.

If your package appears lost, please contact us with your order number and tracking details. We may investigate with the carrier and provide a suitable solution depending on the situation.

7. International Shipping

If international shipping is available, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or local charges required by their country. These charges are not included in the product price unless clearly stated.

Customs processing may cause additional delays. Netguardy.store is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

8. Multiple Packages

Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages, especially if they contain multiple items, different sizes, or products from different fulfillment locations. You may receive separate tracking numbers and delivery dates.

9. Incorrect, Damaged, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

10. Failed Delivery or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or failure to collect, we may contact you to arrange reshipment.

Additional shipping fees may apply. If a refund is approved, original shipping fees and return-related costs may be deducted.
