Refund policy

At Netguardy.store, we want every customer to feel confident when shopping for practical home protection products designed to help keep living spaces cleaner, fresher, and more comfortable. Our products, including mosquito nets, magnetic screen doors, mesh curtains, bed canopies, and related home protection items, are selected to support everyday comfort and convenience. If your order does not meet your expectations, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests for eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, installation parts, Velcro, thumbtacks, hooks, magnetic strips, or any included components.

Returned products must be clean and free from signs of use, installation damage, stains, odors, pet hair, tears, cuts, or alterations. Because many of our products are fabric, mesh, or home-use items, we reserve the right to refuse returns that show evidence of use or improper handling.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

Products that have been installed, cut, modified, washed, or used
Items damaged due to incorrect installation or customer handling
Products returned without original parts or packaging
Clearance, final sale, or promotional items marked as non-returnable
Items showing stains, odors, pet damage, smoke exposure, or excessive wear
Orders returned after the allowed return window

Please include your order number, full name, delivery address, reason for return, and clear photos of the product and packaging if applicable. Our customer support team will review your request and provide return instructions if your item is eligible.

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your return receipt until the return has been processed.

Netguardy.store is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during return shipping.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue, including the product, packaging, shipping label, and any damaged parts.

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another suitable solution depending on the situation. We may request additional photos or information to verify the issue.

Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, cutting, pulling, incorrect storage, exposure to sharp objects, or failure to follow product instructions is not considered a manufacturing defect.

6. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping fees, priority shipping fees, handling fees, and return shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for eligible items depending on product availability. If you ordered the wrong size, color, or model, please contact us as soon as possible. The item must meet all return eligibility requirements before an exchange can be approved.

Customers may be responsible for shipping costs related to exchanges unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.

8. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@Netguardy.store. We will do our best to assist you before the order is processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. In that case, you may need to follow our return process after receiving the item.

9. Product Size and Fit Responsibility

Many Netguardy products are designed for doors, windows, beds, and indoor spaces. Customers are responsible for checking measurements before placing an order. Please carefully review product dimensions, installation requirements, and size options before purchasing.

Returns due to incorrect size selection may be accepted only if the item remains unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
